Monday Morning Loving Kindness Meditation (Online only )

For the month of July we will be practicing Loving Kindness Meditation for our weekly Monday morning session. Loving Kindness Meditation is a beautiful ancient practice from the Buddhist tradition which helps us to offer peace, love, health and happiness to ourselves, our loved ones and to the entire earth community. It is a practice which keeps our hearts open to the world around us, nourishes us from deep within, connecting us to the entire cosmos and, for believers, to the Divine within. Everyone is welcome and no previous experience is necessary.
