Monday Online Meditation

Join us for Monday morning meditation online. Cultivating a regular meditation practice can be extremely beneficial to help nourish your body, mind and spirit, to grow in awareness of the Divine light within. To meditate with others, even online, encourages us all on the spiritual path as we support one another in this endeavour. We meet on zoom every Monday morning at 7.30am to 8am. A perfect way to start the week. We now also include a monthly Satsang session (sharing on our practice) for those who wish. To register please email info@anamashram.com 

Retreat Days

Once a month, on a Saturday, we host our monthly ashram retreat day. An ashram retreat day is a day to nourish the body, calm the mind and get in touch with your true self. The day comprises of spiritual practices from the Yogic path, a combination of gentle Hatha Yoga and various types of meditation and reflection, under guidance.
