Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course
8-week course commencing 23rd Sept ‘20 on Wednesday Evenings 7pm – 9.30pm
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in an 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course with facilitator Martina Dunne who has a background in mental health spanning over 35 years.
Learn skills to help reduce your stress levels and tools to use in your everyday life. Practicing mindfulness daily, improves mental and physical health, enhancing your overall quality of life. This 8-week course will be held on a weekly basis for 2.5 hours along with a days’ retreat (date to be confirmed). Participants are encouraged to commit (as much as possible) to attending the full 8 weeks, for their own personal benefit and for the benefit of the group.
Cost €150 (concessions available) includes a mindfulness book, CD, mindfulness class handouts, plus a day retreat.
